Common use of Provision of Information; Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Provision of Information; Confidentiality. The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that in connection with the proposed assignment or subparticipation by a Lender of its interest in the Obligations, such Lender may disclose to prospective assignees and Participants any and all information provided to such Lender hereunder; provided, however, that such information shall be furnished to such prospective assignees and Participants on a confidential basis.
