Provision of Information; Contesting Claims. Client will on an ongoing basis provide ADP and not prevent ADP from furnishing all information necessary for ADP to perform the SUI Management Services within the timeframes established or specified by ADP. The foregoing information includes without limitation the claimants’ names, relevant dates, wage and separation information, state-specific required information, and other documentation to support responses to unemployment compensation agencies.
