Provision of interpretation. 2.1. Procedure of interpreting services performance Interpreting services are performed on the basis of an Order received from the COMPANY. In such Order the COMPANY shall indicate: translation languages, the name of the event and the topic (e.g. medical issues, law, taxation etc.), planned for the discussion at the relevant event (negotiations, conference, presentation, performance etc.), number of participants, as well as the time and duration of rendering SERVICES by the specialists of the CONTRACTOR. Any quality claims shall be accepted only in case the specialist of the CONTRACTOR distorted the meaning, was inaccurate in translation, made long pauses which led to undue lead-time or long breaks in the event, when the event failed due to specialist’s poor performance.
