PROVISION OF LEASING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES. Subject to the terms and conditions of the MSA, Altisource shall provide, or cause to be provided, to Residential and any of Residential’s Affiliates, the Leasing and Property Management Services with regard to Rental Properties owned by Residential.
