Common use of Provision of Materials Clause in Contracts

Provision of Materials. 1. If the customer supplies production materials, said materials are to be delivered at the customer’s own cost and risk, on time and in good order and a quantity premium of at least 5%. 2. If the above provision is not complied with, the delivery deadline shall slip accordingly. The customer has to bear any additional costs, including extra costs incurred due to breaks in production, except in the case of force majeure.
