Common use of Provision of Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Provision of Other Documents. Upon the request of the Commissioner, the Applicant shall execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered such further documents and instruments and do such further acts and things as the Commissioner may request in order to effectuate more fully the purposes of this Project, to secure more fully the payment of the Funding in accordance with its terms, and to vest more completely in and assure to the Commissioner its rights under the Project Documents. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Applicant will join with the Commissioner in executing such financing statements, agreements, notices or other documents or instruments as the Commissioner shall deem necessary or desirable to create, preserve, protect, maintain or enforce its rights and interests in and its liens on the property of the Applicant. The Applicant shall pay the cost of filing and recording, or refiling and re-recording, such documents and instruments in all public offices in which such filing or recording, or refiling or re-recording, is deemed by the Commissioner to be necessary or desirable.
