Common use of Provision of records to the Department Clause in Contracts

Provision of records to the Department. The Recipient must: (a) deliver information, data and other Material (including reports) produced under or in connection with this Agreement and otherwise as reasonably required by the Department; and (b) provide all information, data and other Material (including reports) to the Department in accordance with the timeframes specified in this Agreement and otherwise promptly upon demand.
