Common use of Provision of Services Generally Clause in Contracts

Within the lawful scope of its practice and/or that of its providers, as applicable, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Medical Services Entity shall ensure the availability and provision of those Covered Services to Members that Medical Services Entity usually and customarily makes available and provides to its patients.
