Common use of Provision of Xxxx-ups Clause in Contracts

Provision of Xxxx-ups. The Parties agree to respond at no cost to each other and within fifteen (15) days to any request from the other Party for a xxxx-up of municipal infrastructure or Equipment design drawings showing the location of any portion of the municipal infrastructure or Equipment, as the case may be, located within the portion of the ROWs shown on the plans (the “Xxxx-ups”), and shall provide such accurate and detailed information as may be reasonably required by the requesting Party.
