Provision of Facilities. I.7.6.1 The Board shall provide to the Association without charge the use of one (1) office, telephone services equivalent to those allowed by past practice to members (provided that the Association pays all long-distance charges), and use of the internal postal service. All additional services and facilities shall be available to the Association on the same basis as to departments/programs and at the same rates. I.7.6.2 The Board shall provide to the Association without charge suitable meeting rooms on the University campus for the conduct of Association business, subject only to normal scheduling arrangements. I.7.6.3 The Board agrees that officers, agents and representatives of the Association shall be permitted to conduct Association business on the campus of the University.

Provision of Facilities. The Employer shall provide the Union, without charge, with the use of a suitable office, a telephone (exclusive of long distance charges), a computer user account, and the use of suitable meeting rooms on campus, for the conduct of Union business, subject to availability and normal scheduling arrangements. In addition, the Employer shall provide the Union, without charge, with the equivalent of one full-time University parking permit (Red Lot) for use by Union officers and/or officials on official Union business. The Union is also entitled to access to photocopying facilities. The Union is responsible for photocopying charges, as well as any other charges for additional services and facilities, on the same basis and at the same rates as internal University departments.
Provision of Facilities. Subject to compliance with Regulatory Requirements, during any inspection or audit pursuant to Clause AZ9 (Inspection and Audit) the Contractor shall provide such suitable assigned office accommodation on the Site or the Contractor's premises and such other facilities as the Employer, the NDA or Authority Agent may reasonably require for the purposes of exercising their rights of access, inspection and audit pursuant to this Clause AZ9 (Inspection and Audit).
Provision of Facilities. If public facilities are used by Contractor for District activities, Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damage to the facilities caused by Contractor. If Contractor’s facilities are used by Contractor for District activities, Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damage to the facilities and any and all liabilities that may arise; shall have appropriate property owner’s insurance in addition to liability insurance required under Section 3, and shall comply with all applicable codes, laws, regulations and ordinances. If the Contractor offers activities in their own facility, such facility must be preapproved by the District and is subject to subsequent inspections annually by appointment thereafter, or whenever deemed necessary by the District. Any variance to the above requirement for property insurance must be reviewed and approved by the District’s Division Director and indicated in this section of the Agreement.
Provision of Facilities. The Administrator shall provide and pay for an adequate staff and shall provide suitable office accommodation and other facilities for efficiently performing its functions as set out in this Agreement, but the Fund shall not be entitled to the exclusive use of any such accommodation or to the exclusive services of any member of such staff.

In consideration of the covenants stated herein, the District agrees to provide an area within the Wattsburg Elementary Center consisting of two classrooms and the usage of gymnasium in relation to the conduct of the Child Care Program. Outdoor play space adjacent to the Wattsburg Elementary Center as designated by the District v. The use of gym for Action-Based Learning during school hours as available. b. The District will provide access to the designated areas and rooms only on Monday through Friday, beginning at 6:30 a.m. and ending on those days at 6:00 p.m. The District shall not be obligated to provide and the YMCA shall not be entitled to access to the aforesaid premises prior to the aforesaid commencement time, subsequent to the aforesaid ending time or on Saturdays or Sundays.

Provision of Facilities. The Buyer will provide at its own expense building and civil work, electric power, heating, lighting and ventilation, and where electrical supplies are required these shall be electrically clean and stable and will be provided and installed and maintained by the Buyer in accordance with BS7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations) at its own expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Provision of Facilities. (a) Where a Doctor is permitted or required to live in the residential quarters provided by the Rotation Hospital, the Rotation Hospital must ensure a safe living environment that includes the following facilities: (i) a separate reasonably furnished bedroom with adequate heating and cooling facilities, including a study desk, chair and study light; (ii) adequate accommodation for study and recreation, which must be available for the Doctor’s exclusive use; (iii) reasonable provision for the preparation of light refreshments by the Doctor; (iv) reasonable provision for the laundering, drying and ironing of personal clothing by the Doctor; (v) adequate car parking facilities, where possible; and (vi) reliable internet including wi-fi wherever possible.
