Provisioning Data. During the initial provisioning meeting Customer will provide to Boeing the operational parameter information described in Chapter 6 of the Provisioning Products Guide. After review and acceptance by Boeing of such Customer information, Boeing will prepare the Provisioning Data. Such Provisioning Data will be furnished to Customer on or about ninety (90) days after Boeing finalizes the engineering drawings for the Aircraft. The Provisioning Data will be as complete as possible and will cover Provisioning Items selected by Boeing for review by Customer for initial provisioning of Spare Parts and Standards for the Aircraft. Boeing will furnish to Customer revisions to the Provisioning Data until approximately ninety (90) days following delivery of the last Aircraft or until the delivery configuration of each of the Aircraft is reflected in the Provisioning Data, whichever is later.
Provisioning Data. Unless otherwise advised by Boeing, Customer will provide or insure its BFE suppliers provide to Boeing the BFE data in scope and format acceptable to Boeing, in accordance with the schedule established during the initial provisioning meeting.
Provisioning Data. Provisioning data generally in accordance with SPEC 2000, Chapter 1, for Material described in Articles 1.2.1 (i) through 1.2.1 (iii) (“Provisioning Data”) will be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer in the English language, in a format and timeframe to be agreed during the Pre-Provisioning Meeting.
Provisioning Data. Boeing will furnish Provisioning Data to Buyer on or about September 20, 1996. The Provisioning Data will be as complete as possible and will cover Provisioning Items selected by Boeing for review by Buyer for initial provisioning for the Aircraft. The Provisioning Data will set forth the prices for Provisioning Items which are Boeing Spare Parts and such prices will be firm and remain in effect until the date or dates set forth in Paragraph 4.1, Boeing Spare Parts, by which orders must be placed with Boeing. Boeing will, from time to time, until a date approximately 90 days following delivery of the last Aircraft or until the delivery configuration of each of the Aircraft is reflected in the Provisioning Data, whichever is later, furnish to Buyer revisions to the Provisioning Data.

Provisioning Data. 2.4.1 Provisioning data generally in accordance with SPEC 2000, Chapter 1, for Material described in Articles 1.2.1 (i) through 1.2.1 (iii) (“Provisioning Data”) shall be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer in the English language, in a format and timeframe to be agreed during the Pre-Provisioning Meeting.
2.4.1.1 Unless a longer revision cycle has been agreed, the Provisioning Data shall be revised every [*] up to the end of the Initial Provisioning Period.
2.4.1.2 The Seller shall ensure that Provisioning Data is provided to the Buyer in time to permit the Buyer to perform any necessary evaluation and to place orders in a timely manner.
2.4.1.3 Provisioning Data generated by the Seller shall comply with the configuration of the Aircraft as documented [*] before the date of issue. This provision shall not cover:
(i) Buyer modifications not known to the Seller,
(ii) other modifications not approved by the Seller’s Aviation Authorities.
Provisioning Data. 1. In connection with Airline’s initial provisioning of spare Parts, CFMI shall furnish Airline with data in accordance with ATA 2000 Specification using a revision mutually agreed to in writing by CFMI and Airline.
2. It is the intention of the parties hereto to comply with the requirements of the ATA 2000 Specification and any future changes thereto, except that neither party shall deny the other the right to negotiate reasonable changes in the procedures or requirements of the Specification which procedures or requirements, if complied with exactly, would result in an undue operating burden or unnecessary economic penalty. The data to be provided by CFMI to Airline shall encompass all Parts listed in CFMI’s Illustrated Parts Catalogs. CFMI further agrees to become total supplier of Initial Provisioning Data for all vendor spare Parts in accordance with Paragraph 1. above.
3. Beginning on a date no later than ***** prior to delivery of Airline’s first Aircraft, or as mutually agreed, CFMI shall provide to Airline a complete set of Initial Provisioning Data and shall progressively revise this data until ***** after delivery of the last spare Engine specified in its initial purchase order or as mutually agreed. A status report will be issued periodically. Provisioning data will be reinstituted for subsequent spare Engines reflecting the latest modification status. CFMI will make available a list of major suppliers as requested by Airline. CFMI will provide, or cause to be provided on behalf of its vendors, the same service detailed in this clause.
Provisioning Data. In connection with Airline’s initial provisioning of spare Parts, CFM shall furnish Airline with data in accordance with ATA Specification 2000 using a revision mutually agreed to in writing by CFM and Airline. The data shall be presented to Airline within a reasonable time period so as to enable Airline to order Parts and have delivery prior to first Aircraft delivery.

The Provisioning Data will be as complete as possible and will cover Provisioning Items selected by Boeing for review by Customer for initial provisioning of Spare Parts and Standards for the Aircraft. Boeing will furnish to Customer revisions to the Provisioning Data until [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT].

2.4.1.2 The Seller shall ensure that Provisioning Data is provided to the Buyer in due time to give the Buyer sufficient time to perform any necessary evaluation and allow the on-time delivery of any ordered Material.
2.4.1.3 Provisioning Data generated by the Seller and supplied to the Buyer shall comply with the configuration of the Aircraft as documented ****before the date of issue. This provision shall not cover:
(i) Buyer modifications not known to the Seller,
(ii) other modifications not approved by the Seller’s Aviation Authorities.
