Common use of Provisions Applicable During Renewal Term Clause in Contracts

Provisions Applicable During Renewal Term. All provisions of this Lease, including, without limitation, as to Rent and Stipulated Loss Value (which shall be, with appropriate adjustments, in no event less than the greater of 120% of the "fair market sales value" of the Aircraft as of the first day of the Renewal Term as determined pursuant to the Appraisal Procedure or the amount set forth on Exhibit A as of the end of the Basic Term), shall remain in effect and be applicable during such Renewal Term, except that Lessee shall pay to the Lessor, semi-annually in arrears as Renewal Rent on each Renewal Rent Payment Date, the amount for such Renewal Term as determined in accordance with clause (i) of this Section 20.
