Provisions Applicable to a Private Entity Recipient. If the Recipient is a private entity, it agrees that: (i) Prohibitions. It, its employees, its Subrecipients, and its Subrecipients’ employees that participate in the Underlying Agreement will not: (A) Engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period of time that the Recipient’s Underlying Agreement is in effect; (B) Procure a commercial sex act during the period of time that the Recipient’s Underlying Agreement is in effect; or (C) Use forced labor in the performance of the Recipient’s Underlying Agreement or subagreements.
