GENERAL EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS 1. This Agreement does not cover performance of routine maintenance. You are responsible for performing all routine maintenance and cleaning for all covered Items as specified and recommended by the manufacturer. You are also responsible for providing all routine maintenance for all areas of a Covered Property around covered Items to ensure that these Items are able to function properly as specified by the manufacturer.
Provisions Applicable to Certain Agreements The provisions in this section are applicable only to the types of orders specified in the first sentence of each subsection. If this Agreement is not of the type described in the first sentence of a subsection, then that subsection does not apply to the Agreement.
PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO LAW In performing this Agreement, the Parties shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed so as to require the violation of any law, and wherever there is any conflict between any provision of this Agreement and any law the law shall prevail, but in such event the affected provision of this Agreement shall be affected only to the extent necessary to bring it within the applicable law.
