Provisions for Benefit of Lenders Only. The provisions of this Article 13, other than Sections 13.09 and 13.10 and the last sentence of Section 13.01 relating to the rights and obligations of the Lenders and the Agent inter se will be operative as between the Lenders and the Agent only, and the Obligors will not have any rights under or be entitled to rely for any purposes upon such provisions.
