Provisions of Articles of Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, as amended, shall be similarly used for this Agreement if this Agreement does not state otherwise or if the relevant provisions are not applicable to this Agreement due to the specifics of the natural gas storage activities. The legal relations arising from this Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of Slovak Republic. Application of rules and regulations governing conflict of laws, referring to the applicability of other than Slovak law, shall be ruled out.
Provisions of Articles of Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code, as amended, shall be applied mutatis mutandis to this Option Agreement, unless this Option Agreement stipulates otherwise. The legal relations arising from this Option Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of the Slovakia. Application of collision norms, referring to the applicability of other than Slovak law, shall be ruled out.

Application of questionable norms, referring to the applicability of other than Slovak law, shall be ruled out.
