NOT APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. 5.1 If the Qualifying System’s Point of Delivery and Point of Interconnection are in different locations, the Participant will be required to lease any facilities between these two points on a month to month basis. Lease of Facilities shall be defined according to the Distributor’s Guidelines. Participant shall lease from Distributor the equipment and facilities as described in the Inventory Document attached hereto as Exhibit C. Title to and responsibility for maintenance and repair of the facilities remain with Distributor.‌

  • Changes to this Agreement We may make changes to this Agreement from time to time on the basis that you are able to end the Agreement without charge by us.

  • TERMINATING THIS AGREEMENT You can terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and by discontinuing the use of your Logon ID. We can also terminate this Agreement and revoke access to Online Banking at any time. Whether you terminate the Agreement or we terminate the Agreement, the termination will not affect your obligations under this Agreement, even if we allow any transaction to be completed with your Logon ID after this Agreement has been terminated.

  • Execution of this Agreement This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original copy of this Agreement and all of which, when taken together, will be deemed to constitute one and the same agreement. The exchange of copies of this Agreement and of signature pages by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall constitute effective execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the parties and may be used in lieu of the original Agreement for all purposes.
