Provisions of Articles of Act Xx. 000/0000 Xxxx. Xxxxxx Commercial Code, as amended, shall be applied mutatis mutandis to this Purchase Agreement, unless this Purchase Agreement stipulates otherwise. The legal relations arising from this Purchase Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Application of questionable norms, referring to the applicability of other than Slovak law, shall be ruled out.
