Provisions of Articles of Act Xx. 000/0000 Xxxx. Xxxxxx Commercial Code, as amended, shall be applied mutatis mutandis to this Agreement, unless this Agreement stipulates otherwise. The legal relations arising from this Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Application of questionable norms, referring to the applicability of other than Slovak law, shall be ruled out.
