Common use of Provisions of Law Incorporated by Reference Clause in Contracts

Provisions of Law Incorporated by Reference. Each and every provision of law and clause required by law to be inserted in this Contract shall be deemed to be inserted and made a part of this Contract and this Contract shall be read and enforced as though such provisions were incorporated into this Contract. For purposes of interpretation, conflict resolution and otherwise, the content of those statutes and regulations shall govern over the content of the reference in the Contract to those statutes and regulations.
