Acknowledgement of Funding. Sub-recipient shall identify the City of Chula Vista as the source of funding, or, if applicable, one of the sources of funding in public announcements that are made regarding the Project. Acknowledgement of the City’s funding roles, for example, should be included in publicity materials related to the Project. In addition, Sub-recipient agrees that the City shall be apprised of any special events linked to the Project so that a review can be made on what role, if any, the City would assume.
Acknowledgement of Funding. 2.1. If Subaward involves funds from HHS, the following applies: Subrecipient must acknowledge federal and DHHS funding when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid invitations, and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part with federal and DHHS funds. Subrecipient is required to state: (1) the percentage and dollar amounts of the total program or project costs financed with federal and DHHS funds; and (2) the percentage and dollar amount of the total costs financed by nongovernmental sources.
2.2. If this Subaward involves funds from USDA, Subrecipient shall comply with 2 CFR § 415.2, and shall acknowledge USDA and DHHS support of any audiovisual or publication, as set forth in said regulation.
2.3. Subrecipient shall comply with any other requirement regarding publications contained herein, with the applicable Federal Notice of Award, and with law.
Acknowledgement of Funding. The Grantee will acknowledge the Commonwealth’s support in all Material, publications and promotional and advertising materials published in connection with this Agreement. The following statement will be used to acknowledge the Commonwealth’s support: “This project/ activity is funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services.” Terms and Conditions Please note these Terms and Conditions are legalese, however, are a requirement of Departmental funding. If a funded organisation requires further explanation on any of the below terms and conditions, please make contact with The Centre for Volunteering.
a. The Grantee is fully responsible for the Activity and for ensuring the performance of all its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with all relevant laws. The Grantee will not be relieved of that responsibility because of:
a. the granting or withholding of any approval or the exercise or non-exercise of any right by the Volunteering Peak Body; or
b. any payment to, or withholding of any payment from, the Grantee under this Agreement.
b. The provisions of this on-funding funding agreement give effect to, and are not inconsistent with, the requirements of The Centre for Volunteering’s Agreement with the Commonwealth; The Grantee that signs this on-funding funding agreement is the Grantee that is performing the actions arising out of the on-funding funding agreement;
c. The Grantee acknowledges that it is not The Centre for Volunteering’s legal agent; The funding provided under this agreement must only be used for the purpose of performing the actions described in, and arising out of, this agreement and for no other purpose;
d. 100 per cent of the grant will be paid to the Grantee by The Centre for Volunteering on execution of the grant agreement;
e. The Centre for Volunteering reserves the right to withhold a payment of Funds or terminate this agreement if a milestone is not completed to The Centre for Volunteering’s satisfaction or the grantee is in breach of the on-funding funding agreement;
f. A notice under clause (e) will contain the reasons for any action taken under clause
Acknowledgement of Funding. 8 (1) Under the terms of the agreement with the Funder, the Xxxxx Xxxxxx is not required to publicly acknowledge the support of the Funder in any aspect of the programme resulting from this award.
8 (2) Subject to Article 8
(1) the Xxxxx Xxxxxx retains the right to name the Subgrantee as a recipient of funds under the Project but will endeavour to consult the Subgrantee in advance if relevant.
Acknowledgement of Funding. As required by United States Department of Health and Human Services (hereinafter “DHHS”) appropriations acts, all recipients of DHHS federal awards must acknowledge federal and DHHS funding when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid invitations, and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part with federal and/or DHHS funds. If the agreement utilizes funds from DHHS, the Network Provider is required to state: (1) the percentage and dollar amounts of the total program or project costs financed with federal and DHHS funds; and (2) the percentage and dollar amount of the total costs financed by nongovernmental sources. For all publications that result from work under this agreement not included above, and for any publications supported by a federal agency other than DHHS, the Network Provider shall acknowledge the program or project was supported by the CFDA, name of award, federal agency and DHHS.
Acknowledgement of Funding. Any publication or sign produced or distributed or any publicity conducted in association with this Contract must provide credit to the as follows: "Funding provided by the [list grant program] administered by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP)."
Acknowledgement of Funding. Unless otherwise agreed with the Commonwealth, DA must ensure that all significant publications and publicity by DA in relation to matters on which Commonwealth Matching Payments are expended acknowledge the provision of the Commonwealth Matching Payments by the Commonwealth. CONSULTATIONS WITH INDUSTRY DA must, communicate directly with Levy Payers and members as part of reviewing priorities for its Research and Development Activities and Industry Services Activities; and to report on DA’s performance against the Strategic Plan and the Annual Operational Plan. DA must meet with Industry Representative Bodies at not more than six-monthly intervals: as part of reviewing industry priorities for Research and Development and Industry Services investments, including any regional equity considerations; and to report on DA’s performance against the Strategic Plan and the Annual Operational Plan. INFORMATION ON ACTIVITIES DA must ensure the following is available on its public website: this Agreement; DA’s governance policy developed in accordance with clause 14.2 DA’s Strategic Plan, including the consultation plan developed in accordance with clause 30.3; DA’s Annual Report; the Performance Review Report and DA’s response to its recommendations; DA’s Evaluation Framework and evaluation outcomes; an overview of DA’s Annual Operating Plan, including: the priorities used by DA to determine which projects it will fund; an overview of planned outcomes and Programs to achieve those outcomes; and key Research and Development Activities (including Extension) and Industry Services Activities which DA is funding. details of industry consultation including feedback received: from Industry Representative Bodies through consultation conducted under clause 28; and on the development of DA’s strategic plan under clause 30. The information to be published under the preceding subclause shall not include information of the following kinds: personal information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), unless permitted by the Privacy Act; information about the business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of any person if it would be unreasonable to publish that information, such as Confidential Information; and information which would, or could reasonably be expected to damage: DA; the Industry; or the national interest. Where DA invests Funds towards projects initiated under an open call or tender process, DA must provide feedback on the outcomes of funding application...
Acknowledgement of Funding. The Grantee may acknowledge the Grant provided by the Authority for the Project in materials produced during the Funding Period and at related public events unless the Authority directs otherwise. Where the Authority directs that its funding must not be acknowledged the Grantee will comply with this instruction. The Grantee must notify the Authority of any proposed promotion or publicity regarding the Project, including where it proposes to use any of the Authority’s branding or logos, and shall obtain the Authority’s prior written consent. The Grantee will ensure that it has adequate procedures in place to enable early identification and effective management of any conflicts of interest which it or its Staff may have in relation to this Grant Agreement. Where the Grantee identifies a conflict of interest it will notify the Authority of this and provide information about how this is being managed. In addition to its obligations in clause 18.1, the Grantee will: avoid expressing views which are inconsistent with the Programme Objective when speaking to third parties in order to deliver the Project; make clear that it does not represent or speak for the Authority or the Government of the United Kingdom in any situation where it expresses views; and seek the consent of the Authority first before making any statements which might be contrary to the requirements of clauses 18.2 (a) or (b).
Acknowledgement of Funding. 17.1 The Grantee may acknowledge the Grant provided by the Authority for the Project in materials produced during the Funding Period and at related public events unless the Authority directs otherwise. Where the Authority directs that its funding must not be acknowledged the Grantee will comply with this instruction.
17.2 The Grantee must notify the Authority of any proposed promotion or publicity regarding the Project, including where it proposes to use any of the Authority’s branding or logos, and shall obtain the Authority’s prior written consent.
Acknowledgement of Funding. 6.1 Firstsite will acknowledge its financial assistance from CBC in all marketing and communication materials in print, electronic, broadcast and other formats.
6.2 The organisation is asked to specify particular steps that it will take within the period of this Agreement to promote the support that it receives from the Council in Section 9.
