PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for Apartmentfor all intents and purposespurpose.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allottee of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Designated Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Designated Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Designated Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations will go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Said Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allottee of the said Apartment, with consent of the Promoter in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allotees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposespurpose.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along alone with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. 23.1 It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Apartment, in case of a transfertransfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Promoter, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Allotted Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Allotted Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Allotted Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed to by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Designated Apartment and the Project and/or projects on future phase lands, if any, shall be equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the Designated Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Designated Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the said Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations will go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, Apartment in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, Apartment in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the ApartmentAllottee/s, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartmentresidential unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment residential unit for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Designated Apartment and the Project and/or projects on Future Phase Lands, if any, shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the Designated Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Designated Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment[ Apartment / Plot ], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [ Apartment / Plot ] for all intents and purposespurpose.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment Apartment/Pent Houses Apartment/ROW-HOUSE/Building and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, /Pent Houses Apartment/ROW-HOUSE/Building in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment Apartment/Pent Houses Apartment/ROW-HOUSE/Building for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the ApartmentApartment , in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment[ Apartment ], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [ Apartment ] for all intents and purposespurpose.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Said Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the to provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along alone with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer/rent/lease, as the said obligations will go along with the Apartment perpetually for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment Apartment/ Flat and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allottee of the ApartmentApartment/ Flat, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment Apartment/ Flat for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allottee of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. 23.1 It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Apartment, in case of a transfertransfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Promoter/Owner, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Apartment, in case of a transfertransfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Promoter/Owners, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations will go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Said Apartment and the Project Said Complex shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottee of the Said Apartment, in case of a transferconveyance, as the said obligations go along with the Said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment [Apartment/Plot] for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto parties here to that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Said Apartment And Properties Appurtenant and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the ApartmentAllottee/s, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Said Apartment And Properties Appurtenant for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, Apartment in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Designated Apartment and the Project and/or projects on other Phases shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the Designated Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Designated Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. 23.1 It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Apartment, in case of a transfertransfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Vendors, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment [Apartment/Plot] and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for Apartmentfor all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project Project/Complex shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project said project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartmentapartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment [Apartment] and the Project Sunshine One shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allottee/s of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Apartment, in case of a transfertransfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Owners, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Designated Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allottee of the Designated Apartment, with consent of the Promoter in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Designated Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposespouposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Apartment, in case of a transfertransfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Promoter, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. 24.1 It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and to the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees permitted allottees of the Said Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment (Apartment/Plot) and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Purchaser of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.;

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall s hall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by b y any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposespurposes .

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with alongwith the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the said Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allottee(s) of the said Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations will go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfersale/transfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Transferors, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations will go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations obligation go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Transferee of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto here to that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Said Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment Apartment/Plot/Shop and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the ApartmentApartment/ Plot/ Shop, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment Apartment/ Plot/ Shop for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees ALLOTTEEs of the ApartmentApartment and Garage/Parking Space, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment and Garage/Parking Space for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. 24.1 It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Apartment, in case of a transfertransfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Promoter, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the Said Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations will go along with the Said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. 23.1 It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Apartment, in case of a transfertransfer that is validly made with the prior written consent of the Promoter/Owners, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, transfer as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Real Estate Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees allottees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment Apartment/Car Parking Space and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartment/Car Parking Space, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment [Apartment] and the Said Sub- Phase I Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allottee/s of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Shop/said Apartment and the said Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the said Shop/said Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the said Shop/said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Said Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Said Apartment, in case of a transfertransfer subject to the terms stipulated herein, as the said obligations go along with the Said Apartment for all intents and purposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Said Apartment And Properties Appurtenant and the Project shall equally be applicable to Projectshallequally beapplicableto and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the ApartmentAllottee/s, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Said Apartment And Properties Appurtenant for all intents and purposesandpurposes.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees Allotees of the Apartment, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment for all intents and purposespurpose.

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the Apartment and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the Apartmentsaid Apartment / Unit, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the said Apartment / Unit for all intents and purposes.
