JOINT ALLOTTEES. That in case there are Joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by the Promoter to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the Allottees.

The Allottee shall inform the Promoter in writing any change in the mailing address, failing which all demands, notices etc. by the Promoter shall be mailed to the address given in this agreement and deemed to have been received by the Allottee and which shall for all purposes be considered as served to all the Allottee/s and no separate communication shall be necessary to the other named Allottee/s.
JOINT ALLOTTEES. That in case there are joint allottees, all communications shall be sent by the Developer to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the allottees.

In case of Joint Allottees, they have been referred to herein in singular number and all communications shall be sent by the Promoters to the Allottee whose name is appearing first in this Agreement and at the address given by them which shall for all intents and purposes to consider as properly served on all the Allottees.
JOINT ALLOTTEES. That in case there are joint Allottees all communications shall be sent by either of the Transferors to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes be considered as properly served on all the joint Allottees. The application form on the basis of which the transaction has been entered into shall continue to be valid and subsisting and shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement. Waiver or limitation of any right or interest and/or any consent given by any Party in this Agreement and/or any part hereof and/or in any document hereafter, shall be valid and binding and the same shall also be deemed to be voluntarily given, repeated and/or reiterated by such party subsequent to the signing of this Agreement.
JOINT ALLOTTEES. That in case there are Joint Allotees all communications shall be sent by the Vendors to the Allottee whose name appears first and at the address given by him/her which shall for all intents and purposes be considered as properly served on all the Allottees.
