Common use of PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES Clause in Contracts

PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ON ALLOTTEE / SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES. It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the [Apartment/Plot], and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottees of the [Apartment/Plot], in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the [Apartment/Plot], for all intents and purposes. In case of transfer and/or resale of the property being allotted, subsequent allottees shall take NOC from the Promoter by paying transfer charges for the total area of the apartment according to the rates as per Government/ Semi Government Housing agency’s norms whichever is higher.

In case of transfer and/or resale of the property being allotted, subsequent allottees shall take NOC from the Promoter by paying transfer charges for the total area of the apartment Plot according to the rates as per Government/ Semi Government Housing agency’s norms whichever is higher.
