Common use of Provisions prescribed by the SFC Code of Conduct Clause in Contracts

Provisions prescribed by the SFC Code of Conduct. Without prejudice and in addition to any other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Business and these Additional Terms, all transactions entered into in the HKFE shall be subject to the provisions of this Clause which are prescribed by the Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the SFC and which shall constitute, and be construed as part of, these Additional Terms and in case of any inconsistency between the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Business or these Additional Terms and the provisions set out in this Clause, the provisions set out in this Clause shall prevail:-
