Provisions Relating to Advertising Fee. Commencing upon the Commencement Date, Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent to Landlord, the Advertising Fee in equal monthly installments in advance on the first day of each month during the Term, except that if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a month, the Advertising Fee for the period commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the last day of the month in which the Commencement Date occurs shall be apportioned on the basis of the number of days in said month and paid on the first (1st) day of the following month.
