SUBORDINATION TO DECLARATION. Seller and Purchasers do hereby subordinate this Contract for Deed to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
SUBORDINATION TO DECLARATION. Tenant agrees to subordinate this Lease of record to any Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Grant of Easements ("Declaration"), or Common Area Maintenance Agreement ("CAMA") recorded by Landlord encumbering the Shopping Center, provided that the said Declaration and/or CAMA, as the case may be, is consistent with this Lease and does not adversely affect Tenant's rights or increase Tenant's obligations under this Lease.
SUBORDINATION TO DECLARATION. This Lease shall be subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Vineland Village dated May 10, 2000 and recorded June 1, 2000 as Instrument No. 2000-0224283, Official Records of Orange County, Florida, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Vineland Village dated June 4, 2001, and recorded September 20, 2001 as Instrument No. 2001- 0427451, Official Records of Orange County, Florida, as amended by Supplement and Second Amendment of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Vineland Village dated December 7, 2006 and recorded January 17, 2007 as Instrument No. 20070035409, Official Records of Orange County, Florida, as same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time (the “Vineland Village Declaration”), as well as any other declarations that may be promulgated from time to time and to which the operation and maintenance of the Shopping Center may be bound, as the same may be amended or established from time to time” (together, “Declaration” or “Declarations”).
SUBORDINATION TO DECLARATION. This Lease and all of Tenant's rights hereunder are, and shall be, subject and subordinate at all times to the Declaration and to all modifications and amendments thereof. This Section shall be self-operative and no further subordination shall be required.
