Provisions Relating to the Supplier’s Customers. The Supplier shall be solely responsible for having all necessary and appropriate contractual or other arrangements with its Customers, consistent with the Applicable Legal Authorities and with this Agreement. The Company shall not be responsible for monitoring, reviewing or enforcing such contracts or arrangements. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to prevent the Supplier and a Customer from agreeing to reallocate between them any Charges that this Agreement imposes on the Supplier, provided that any such agreement shall not change in any way the Supplier's obligation to pay such Charges to the Company, and that any such agreement shall not confer upon the Company any right to seek recourse directly from the Supplier's Customer for any Charges owed to the Company by the Supplier.
