Provisions Required in Subcontracts. If GRANTEE enters into any subcontracts with other individuals or entities and pays those individuals or entities for such goods or services with federal or state funds, GRANTEE must include provisions in its subcontracts regarding the federal and state laws identified in this Agreement, if applicable ("Grantee's Compliance with Applicable Laws; Cost Accounting Principles and Financial Reports”), as well as other laws and grant provisions identified in 45 C.F.R. §92.36(i).
