Common use of Provisions Severable and Partial Invalidity Clause in Contracts

Provisions Severable and Partial Invalidity. If, at any time, any provision hereof is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions or the effectiveness of any of the remaining provisions under such law, or the legality, validity or enforceability of such provision under the laws of any other jurisdiction.
