Customer Affiliates Customer Affiliates may purchase and use Service subscription and Professional Services subject to the terms of this Agreement by executing Order Forms or Statements of Work hereunder that incorporate by reference the terms of this Agreement, and in each such case, all references in this Agreement to Customer shall be deemed to refer to such Customer Affiliate for purposes of such Order Form or Statements of Work.
Wireless Operator Data In addition to Section 20 (Information Authorization) of the General Terms, you acknowledge that we or Zelle® may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Service. Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Software Subscriptions Software Subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktops and Workstations are subject to the parameters set forth in Table 6 below.
