Common use of PSE Dues Clause in Contracts

PSE Dues. 2 The District shall deduct PSE dues or service charges from the pay of any employee who authorizes 4 bargaining representative on a monthly basis. The Association shall hold the District harmless from 5 any action or liability for compliance with the provisions of this Article. The District is also authorized 6 to deduct local dues of two dollars ($2.00) per month per employee and remit these funds to the 7 Secretary of the Fife Chapter of P.S.E.

The District shall transmit all such funds to the Treasurer of the exclusive 26 bargaining representative on a monthly basis. The Association shall hold the District harmless from 5 any 27 action or liability for compliance with the provisions of this Article. The District is also authorized 6 to 28 deduct local dues of two three dollars ($2.003.00) per month per employee dues paying member and remit these funds to the 7 29 Secretary of the Fife Chapter of P.S.E.
