PSEO INDEMNIFICATION. The PSEO shall indemnify, defend and save the City harmless against any and all claims, demands, suits or other forms of liability and for all legal costs that shall rise out of or by reason of action taken or not taken by the City in complying with the provisions of this article. Each party agrees to refund to the other any amounts paid in error on account of this dues deduction provision within ten (10) days of notification.
