Psychiatric Medication. When necessary, seek a court order for psychiatric medications in accordance with the Texas Health and Safety Code, Title 7, Chapter 574, §574.106, and the CCP, Chapter 46B, if the Program participant refuses to give informed consent regarding treatment with psychoactive medication.
