PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. Delivery to Administrative Agent of all cover sheets or other documents or instruments required to be filed with the PTO in order to create or perfect Liens in respect of any IP Collateral;
PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. Delivery to Collateral Agent of all cover sheets or other documents or instruments Collateral Agent may reasonably request to be filed with the PTO in order to evidence Liens in favor of Collateral Agent in respect of any IP Collateral; and
PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. Delivery to Collateral Agent of all cover --------------------- sheets or other documents or instruments required to be recorded with the PTO in order to create or perfect Liens in respect of any U.S. patents, federally registered trademarks or copyrights, or applications for any of the foregoing, included among the IP Collateral; and
PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. Delivery to Collateral Agent of all cover sheets or other documents or instruments required to be filed with the PTO in order to create or perfect Liens in respect of any IP Collateral;
PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. Delivery to Administrative Agent of all cover sheets or other documents or instruments required to be filed with any IP Filing Office in order to create or perfect Liens in respect of any IP Collateral, together with releases duly executed (if necessary) of security interests by all applicable Persons for filing in all applicable jurisdictions as may be necessary to terminate any effective filings in any IP Filing Office in respect of any IP Collateral (other than any such filings in respect of Liens permitted to remain outstanding pursuant to the terms of this Agreement);
PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. (a) Delivery to Collateral Agent of all cover sheets or other documents or instruments required to be filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office to create or perfect Liens in respect of any Intellectual Property Collateral and (b) delivery to Collateral Agent of such information as may be necessary to create or perfect Liens in Canada in respect of any Intellectual Property Collateral with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office; and
PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. To the extent not previously delivered to --------------------- Administrative Agent, delivery to Administrative Agent of all cover sheets or other documents or instruments required to be filed with the PTO in order to create or continue, or perfect or continue to perfect, Liens in respect of any IP Collateral; and (vi)
PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. Delivery to the Collateral Agent (to the extent not previously delivered and filed and the Collateral Agent does not determine that new filings are necessary or desirable) of all cover sheets or other documents or instruments required to be filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Copyright Office and the Canadian Intellectual Property Office in order to create (or maintain) or perfect (or maintain the perfection of) Liens in respect of any IP Collateral.
PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. All security agreements, cover sheets or other documents or instruments required to be filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office or United States Copyright Office in order to create or perfect Liens in respect of any Patents, Trademarks or Copyrights; and
PTO Cover Sheets, Etc. Delivery to Administrative Agent of all cover sheets or other documents or instruments required to be filed with the PTO in order to create or perfect Liens in respect of any IP Collateral owned by Surviving Corporation and its Domestic Subsidiaries.
