Common use of PubCo Membership Clause in Contracts

PubCo Membership. Any Common Units acquired by the Company under this Section 4.6 and Transferred by the Company to PubCo shall remain outstanding and shall not be cancelled as a result of their acquisition by the Company. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, PubCo shall continue as a Member of the Company with respect to any Common Units or other Equity Securities in the Company it receives under this Agreement (including under this Section 4.6 in connection with any Redemption).
