PUBLIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FUNDS. 16.1 The Proponent shall ensure that in any and all communication activities, internet web site information, publications, advertising, signs and press releases referring to the Project, there is included an appropriate acknowledgement, in accordance with the guidelines and instructions provided by the City to the Proponent, of the contributions made by the City.
