The Members shall consult ------------------------- with each other before issuing any press release or making any public statement with respect to this LLC Agreement or the organization of the Company and, except as may be required by Applicable Law or any national or international securities exchange, will not issue any such press release or make any such public statement without the consent of both Members. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no provision of this LLC Agreement shall relieve a Member from any of its obligations under Section 9.2.
