Public Areas. Pursuant to the provisions of one or more of Astound’s programming agreements with video content providers, you may be restricted from showing certain channels of the Services in public areas (e.g., meeting rooms, lobbies, exercise rooms, restaurants, and the like). You expressly agree that you will not display the video Services in public areas. You may be required by law to obtain separate music performance license(s) if you use the audio component of the video Services in public areas.
