Common use of Public Charter School Clause in Contracts

Public Charter School. The Facilities shall be used and occupied by the Charter School for the sole purpose of operating a California public charter school and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of the District. The Charter School’s enrollment must not exceed the safe and legal limit for the classroom space it occupies.
