Public Disclosure Request. The City shall promptly notify the affected employee and the union when the City receives a public disclosure request that seeks personal identifying information of an employee such as birthdate, social security number, home address, home phone number. The City shall not disclose information that is exempt from public disclosure. This Section shall be exempt from Article 20 Grievance Procedure.
Public Disclosure Request. Correspondence, reports, and other written work product will be generated during the course of the relationship created by this Agreement, and third parties may request such information pursuant to the Washington State Public Disclosure Act (RCW 42.17.250 et. seq.). Public Disclosure Request. If Agency receives a request to disclose any Confidential Information under any Public Information Act, Open Records Act or similar law, including the California Public Records Act (“Request”), the Agency shall immediately notify Contractor and prior to disclosure give Contractor an opportunity to take any protective action it deems appropriate.
