Common use of Public Entity Crime and Discriminatory Vendor Clause in Contracts

Public Entity Crime and Discriminatory Vendor. By executing this subcontract, the Provider represents and warrants that neither the Provider nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers or employees are currently on the convicted vendor list maintained pursuant to § 287.133, F.S., the discriminatory vendor list maintained pursuant to § 287.134, F.S., or any similar list maintained by any other state or the federal government. The Provider shall immediately notify the Network if it or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers or employees are placed on the convicted vendor list maintained pursuant to § 287.133, F.S., the discriminatory vendor list maintained pursuant to § 287.134, F.S., or any similar list maintained by any other state or federal government.
