Public Financial Information SEC Filings and Annual Reports. SEC filings shall be provided by a link so long as the government (or Licensor) makes such filings available at no cost. Both SEC filings and annual reports shall be provided only if available in portable document format; in the alternative, Licensee shall provide such information to Customers as received from Licensor's investor relations or legal departments, in a form and format in as agreed upon by the Parties.
