Public Infrastructure - Generally. No oversizing of sewer Public Infrastructure to serve land outside the Property shall be required as a condition to any development approval without giving credits or reimbursements of impact fees assessed and collected for the development of the Property.

Public Infrastructure - Generally. No oversizing of sewer Public Infrastructure to serve land outside the Property shall be required as a condition to any development approval without giving credits or reimbursements of impact fees assessed and collected for the development of the Property and/or other monetary compensation to reimburse for the full cost of such oversizing. No offsite roadway improvements shall be required. If Developer elects to construct offsite roadway improvements City shall provide impact fee credits or reimbursements assessed and collected for the development of the Property.
