Common use of Public Notices Clause in Contracts

Public Notices. Except for disclosures required by Applicable Law, all public notices to third parties and all other publicity concerning the transactions contemplated herein shall be jointly planned and coordinated by the Vendors and the Purchaser and no Party shall act unilaterally in this regard without the prior approval of every other Party, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
