Public Power/Environmental Parties Sector. The seventeen (17) percent of the votes on the Management Committee allocated to the Public Power/Environmental Parties sector shall be divided among the following three (3) subsectors: (1) the State Public Power Authorities subsector; (2) the Municipal Electric Systems and Cooperatively Owned Electric Systems subsector; and (3) the Environmental Parties subsector.
