Public Profiles. We publish your user name, full registered name (first and surname) as well as your registered email address and telephone number. This information will be available to all other Users. Additionally, Freelancers that are traders may be required to provide an enhanced level of information about themselves in order to comply with consumer laws. It is the responsibility of Freelancers to ensure that they comply with all applicable legal requirements applicable to supply services pursuant to Deals entered into on the Wishu App. Within the Wishu App there is a facility for Freelancers who are traders to provide such additional information either within the description of their Offer, by publishing comments or by email communication with a Freelancer once a Deal has been entered into.

  • Historical Performance Information To the extent agreed upon by the parties, the Sub-Advisor will provide the Trust with historical performance information on similarly managed investment companies or for other accounts to be included in the Prospectus or for any other uses permitted by applicable law.
