Public Property Not Subject to Lien. The Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to law, the Site is public property of the Board of Public Education for the City of Savannah and the County of Chatham and is not subject to lien or levy. The Contractor will notify the Owner of any liens or levies against the Site of which it becomes aware. The Contractor shall cooperate with the Owner and shall use its best efforts to assist in securing the release of any liens or levies of which it becomes aware.
