Public Records Act Compliance. The City will release documents and records related to this Agreement when the City determines it is required to do so by Washington’s Public Records Act, RCW Chapter 42.56, or other disclosure laws. Additionally, as a party contracting with a governmental entity, Participant may have obligations under disclosure laws. Participant is responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable disclosure requirements.
