Public Records Act Compliance. The City may release documents and records related to this Power Purchase Agreement when the City determines it is required to do so by Washington’s Public Records Act, RCW Chapter 42.56, or other disclosure laws. Additionally, as a party contracting with a governmental entity, EE Developer may have obligations under disclosure laws. The EE Developer is responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable disclosure requirements.
